Your first visit
Your first visit is a consultation with a physician. Please bring any recent X-ray, MRI, or blood test results, a list of the medicines you take, and your passport or ID. If you plan to claim on insurance, bring your policy details as well. Your physician reviews your history and imaging, examines you, and explains your options. If a procedure is suitable, you receive a written treatment plan and a written quotation before you decide. Procedures are performed at a partner private hospital accredited by JCI / AACI, with the clinic coordinating your care.

Do you accept my insurance?
Coverage depends on your policy. We prepare an itemized receipt, a medical certificate, and diagnosis and procedure codes in English so that you can submit your claim, and our team can help you check your benefits before your appointment. Approval is always your insurer's decision.
Can I get a medical certificate for work?
Yes. After an examination, a physician can issue a medical certificate, for example for employment or after a consultation. Please tell us the purpose when you book so that we can prepare the correct form.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a consultation directly. If you have seen another doctor, please bring their notes and any imaging. Some insurance policies ask for a referral before they reimburse a specialist visit, so please check your policy.
