Find care by condition

YOUNIFY's condition pages are grouped into four: weight and obesity, knee pain and osteoarthritis, chronic back and neck pain, and heel pain and plantar fasciitis. Each starts with what people tell us and a few short questions to check whether it fits you, then sets out the care options.

YOUNIFY Clinic is an integrative medicine and wellness clinic in Silom, Bangkok. We work through minimally invasive approaches, under the care of our medical team, and decide alongside each patient based on published evidence. We are not an aesthetic clinic.

Pick the group closest to your situation, answer the short screening questions, and read on. Each condition page sets out the options available, who each one suits, and the limits worth knowing before you choose.

1. Excess weight and obesity

What people tell us: tired more easily than before · snoring, or a partner noticing pauses in breathing during sleep · blood results starting to drift (glucose, lipids, liver) · knees struggling with the load · weight lost and regained every time

Is this you?

  • Have you followed a structured weight-loss programme at least once and regained afterwards?
  • Has a doctor described any of your results as "borderline": glucose, lipids, blood pressure, or fatty liver?
  • Do you want to see the full range of options before committing to one of them?

2. Knee pain and knee osteoarthritis

What people tell us: pain standing up from a chair or on stairs · a dull ache at night that interrupts sleep · regular painkillers · shorter walking distance than a year ago · knee replacement suggested, but not ready for it

Is this you?

  • Has the knee pain lasted more than three months without improving on medication or physiotherapy?
  • Is the pain changing how you live, avoiding stairs, long walks, or travel?
  • Are you looking for non-surgical options before considering surgery?

3. Chronic back and neck pain

What people tell us: low back or neck pain lasting months · pain radiating into a leg or an arm · intermittent numbness or shooting sensations · unable to sit through a working session · no sleeping position that settles it

Is this you?

  • Has the pain lasted more than three months, or returned in repeated episodes?
  • Is there radiating pain, numbness, or weakness into an arm or leg?
  • Would you like to know which image-guided, needle-only options exist before considering surgery?

4. Heel pain and plantar fasciitis

What people tell us: sharp heel pain on the first steps after waking · worse after standing or walking for long periods · settles with rest, then returns on the next few steps · coming and going for months

Is this you?

  • Is the pain sharpest on your first steps of the day?
  • Have calf stretching, different shoes, or insoles failed to settle it?
  • Has it lasted more than three months and started affecting work or exercise?

Not sure which group fits you?

Conditions overlap. Added weight increases the load a knee carries; some back problems radiate down the leg and get mistaken for a knee problem; heel pain sometimes traces back to a gait change caused by another joint. Describing your symptoms to the medical team is usually more accurate than guessing.

Message us on LINE @younifyclinic (https://lin.ee/5MIGher) or WhatsApp +66 81 556 9696, open daily 11:00–20:00. We will help place your symptoms and suggest where the assessment should start. An initial conversation is not a diagnosis.

Other areas of care at the clinic

Beyond the four groups above, YOUNIFY also covers women's health and healthy aging · aesthetic dermatology and skin · health screening and gastrointestinal care · vision care (LASIK, ReLEx SMILE, ICL, cataract surgery) · structural surgery · precision oncology (diagnostic imaging, genomic profiling of tissue and blood, and a molecular tumour board).

Condition pages for these areas are being added. In the meantime, ask us directly on LINE or WhatsApp.

Individual results may vary. Please consult a doctor before treatment.
