By accessing https://younifyclinic.com (including the /en and /zh versions — the "Website"), operated by YOUNIFY Clinic (the "Clinic"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

  • All content on the Website — articles, service information, FAQs, images, and videos — is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or personal medical advice.
  • All health decisions should be made together with a medical team after direct assessment — treatment results vary from person to person; please consult a physician before receiving any service.
  • Website content cannot replace history-taking, physical examination, and diagnosis by a physician.
  • In an emergency, contact a hospital or emergency medical services immediately — the Website and the Clinic's chat channels are not emergency channels.
  • Submitting an appointment form or messaging via LINE @younifyclinic or WhatsApp constitutes a preliminary appointment request; an appointment is confirmed only when the Clinic replies to confirm.
  • The Clinic may adjust appointment schedules as medically appropriate, with advance notice to you.
  • All medical services depend on assessment by the medical team — the Clinic may recommend alternatives or refer you to a more suitable facility if its services are not appropriate for your condition.
  • Prices shown on the Website (if any) are "starting from" prices and may vary with your individual treatment plan — final prices are confirmed after consultation and assessment by the medical team.
  • The Clinic reserves the right to update prices and service listings without prior notice; this does not affect prices already confirmed to you in writing.

All content, text, images, logos, the "YOUNIFY" mark, and designs on the Website are the property of the Clinic or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited, except ordinary sharing of content links.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website unlawfully or in violation of others' rights
  • Submit false information, impersonate others, or enter another person's data without authority
  • Interfere with the Website's operation, including hacking, transmitting malware, or unauthorised automated data collection (scraping)
  • The Clinic takes reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and current but does not warrant its completeness at all times, as medical knowledge and service details may change.
  • The Clinic is not liable for damage arising from use of Website information without consulting the medical team, or from technical failures beyond the Clinic's reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under consumer protection or other laws that cannot be excluded.

The Website may link to external services (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.) beyond the Clinic's control. The Clinic is not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Clinic's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

The Clinic may amend these terms from time to time, publishing the latest version on the Website with its effective date. Continued use of the Website after amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
